Shipping:
• Flat rate shipping of $7 for all orders under $100 in Canada. 
• Flat rate shipping of $15 for all orders under $100 in USA. 

• FREE standard shipping on orders over $100 in Canada and USA 

Please Note:
• In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, your order may come in multiple packages.
• Birdie & Bub Clothing Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Tracking is not included in rates. For tracking please select Expedited Shipping. 
• Customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Shipping rates apply to each order. Add-ons are not available.

Combining Orders: If you selected Expedited Shipping for a flat rate of $15, you may combine 1 additional order using the code ADDON. Your add-on order must be placed before the first order has been fulfilled. Otherwise you will be invoiced for the outstanding shipping (you can also choose to cancel the second order, of course). If you selected Standard Shipping, we are unable to combine orders after they are placed. 

Changing Orders: We cannot change orders after they’ve been placed. If you need your order edited, please place another order and email us with the order number you’d like cancelled. We can only honor cancellation requests that are made within a few hours of ordering as we start fulfilling as soon as possible.

No Hassle Returns:
If you don’t love your item for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate the return process. Once you have contacted us, we ask that you ship the garment back to us within 30 days. Return shipping is the customers responsibilty. Once your garment is received and is in original condition (with tags attached) your refund will be issued in full.

Exchanges:
We will gladly accept exchanges if we are able to accommodate your request. We are a small batch shop so we often sell out quickly. Contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will do our best to accommodate you! Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, We cannot process exchanges on custom orders.

Repairs:
We offer complimentary repairs to workmanship defects on new garments. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt if you have any concerns about workmanship and we will get your garment fixed up for you, at no charge.
