Can I Pick It Up Instead of Shipping?
We do not offer local pickup at this time. If you are local to Moncton, NB and need something quickly please email us and we will do our best to accommodate whenever possible.
Can I Get Free Shipping?
Yes! Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99 in Canada. Automatically applied upon checkout.
Can I Track My Package?
Tracking is not included with lettermail shipping, and not guaranteed with free shipping as we often send your package in multiple shipments via lettermail to keep costs low. For tracking please select Expedited Shipping at checkout.
What Happens If My Package Doesn't Arrive Or Is Damaged?
Once your package leaves our facility, it is put in the careful hands of Canada Post who have an excellent track record. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you require tracking and insurance, please select Expedited Shipping upon checkout.
I've Place An Order, But I'm Not Sure It's Gone Through. What Can I Do?
You should receive an e-mail once you place the order, and again once the order has been shipped. If you are still uncertain, please email us at email@example.com

Can I Combine Orders?
Yes! You may combine additional orders using the code ADDON. Please note that your add-on order must be placed before the first order has been fulfilled. Otherwise you will be invoiced for the outstanding shipping (you can also choose to cancel the second order, of course).
Can I order Ready To Ship and Made To Order garments at the same time?
You can, but please note that your order will not ship until the entire order is ready to go. When you select Made To Order garments please remember that it will take up to 2 weeks (14 weeks for a preorder) for them to be completed prior to shipping.
Can I Change An Order?
Of course! If you need to make a change, please email us with the order number you’d like cancelled and place a new order. Please note: We can only honor cancellation requests that are made within a few hours of ordering as we start fulfilling as soon as possible.
--- RETURNS & EXCHANGES ---
Can I Return My Order?
Within 14 days of purchase, you are welcome to return your unworn, unwashed, unaltered item(s) with the price ticket(s) still attached, to receive a full refund. Please note that refunds will be processed using the same payment method as for the original purchase. We ask that you ship the garment back to us within 30 days, in original condition with tags attached. We do not cover return shipping costs.
The following items are not included in this refund policy and will not be refunded or exchanged:
- Non-Medical Face Masks
- Custom orders (including alterations to listed items)
- Gift cards
My Garments Don't Fit - Can I Exchange Them?
We will gladly accept exchanges if we are able to accommodate your request. We are a small batch shop so we often sell out of certain styles and sizes. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will do our best to accommodate you! Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We cannot process exchanges on custom orders.

I Need A Repair, Can You Help?
Of course! We offer complimentary repairs to any workmanship defects on new garments. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt if you have any concerns about workmanship and we will get your garment fixed up for you, at no charge, and free return shipping.
How Do I Wash These Garments?
For best results, please wash garments on a gentle cycle in cold water, and hang to dry. This will help maintain the integrity of the fibres so your garment looks its best, and shrinks as little as possible. Please note, our garments are not pre-washed.
How Do I Wash My New Masks?
For best results, please wash your masks by hand or on a gentle cycle in the washing machine. Use a laundry bag to best protect your masks from being tangled by other clothing. Do not wash with large, heavy loads (towels, bedding, etc). Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not bend your nose pieces excessively as they may break prematurely. Ensure nose pieces are intact prior to wearing.

Are Your Garments Fire Resistant?
No. Industry standards dictate that for children's clothing is to be deemed fire-resistent it must be treated with a chemical. We aim to keep our garments as natural as possible, so do not purchase fabrics treated with this chemical. In order to maintain compliance with industry standards - none of our garments are intended for use as sleepwear.
Are These Garments Made For Sleepwear?
No. Our garments are NOT approved for use as sleepwear. Fabrics are not flame resistant (see above). Keep our garments away from all heat sources.
Important Safety Information:
All garments are to be used only while under adult supervision. Never leave a child unattended while wearing our garments, and use extra vigilance with anything that has a hood, shoulder snaps, or shoulder ties. Check shoulder snaps prior to each use to ensure they are securely fastened.
Our masks are NOT medical devices. We make no claims to their effectiveness. User assumes all risk upon purchase. Masks must not be placed on children under 2; anyone with difficulty breathing; anyone who is otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.
If your mask has a nose piece, please ensure it is intact prior to each wearing. If it is not intact, do not wear.
